Purpose of this privacy notice
This privacy notice aims to give you information on how Next Best Clothing Ltd (as the operator of the Bag2School and Smart Recycling brands) collects and processes your personal data through your use of this website, including any data you may provide through this websites when you sign up to our newsletter, fill out registration/contact forms, or get in touch with us via telephone or email.
This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
It is important that you read this privacy notice together with any other privacy notice or fair processing notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data. 6. International transfers
Bag2School and Smart Recycling: We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Next Best Clothing Limited only:
We will only transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) if:
(a) you ask us to do so (e.g. in the course of doing business with us where you are based outside the EEA);
(b) the data is contained on a mobile device that is taken outside the EEA to enable us to maintain contact with you and the Company office. We will ensure that it only processed in accordance with the rules applicable within the UK and maintain the same level of security.
If we transfer data outside of the EEA at your request you will need to ensure that any such country has sufficient safeguards to protect your data.
Should any third party request the transfer of your data outside of the EEA will advise you of this at the time so that you can decide whether or not the information may be passed to them. Before making that decision you should make yourself aware of what safeguards are in place to protect your data.
Some of our external third parties are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA) so their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the EEA.

How long will you use my personal data for?

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

No fee usually required
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
What we may need from you
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
