Promote your collection day within the school. Download B2S posters, personalise, display throughout the school.

Remind parents of the collection day: Download our letter to parents this can be tailored to suit, personalise your message-say what you are raising funds for. If you’ve had a collection before advise fundraisers how well they did last time.  Tell them how the money was spent.

How about making your collection day a Non Uniform Day – in exchange request children bring in a B2S bag.

Try offering an incentive (the class with most bags gets a prize)

Arrange your collection to coincide with other school events. PTA meetings/parents evening/sports day etc.

Have an Eco Day; combine this with an assembly/presentation on the importance of recycling (presentations are free!)

Give a bag to your friends and relatives.

When your bags arrive you will also receive a Bag2School REMINDER sticker for each pupil. Give the stickers out to the pupils the day before the collection this will help remind them to bring their "Bag2School" on the collection day.
