After one of our assistants has recorded all the necessary information during your first contact with B2S (by e-mail or phone), we shall send you the required number of blue plastic B2S bags needed for your collection, free of charge.
On a mutually agreed date and time a Bag2School van will arrive at your school (or other organisation) and pick up the filled bags. Our driver (with or without the help of the pupils) will load the bags directly into the van, so there shouldn’t be any storage problems at your end. The collected items will then be weighed at the nearest weighbridge, and within 28 days your school (or other organisation) will receive the appropriate amount by cheque. Our experience in the UK and Holland shows that most schools run one collection per term. As the parents of the pupils get used to this they actually save up the clothes, which results in more impressive collections each time.
